Pita My Shawarma started with a simple mission: to bring the authentic, vibrant street food culture of Lebanon to the streets of Pittsburgh. What began as a passion project has grown into a beloved local staple in Lawrenceville.

We believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way. That means stacking our shawarma cones by hand every single morning, marinating our meats in traditional spice blends for over 24 hours, and preparing our falafel from raw chickpeas—never from a powder.
